Our warranty covers free cleaning, adjustment, and minor repairs for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty includes:
- Professional cleaning and adjustment of the glasses.
- Minor repairs, such as tightening or replacing screws.
- Adjustment of the frame to ensure a comfortable and proper fit.
In the event that a component of the glasses is damaged or needs to be replaced, such as lenses, temple tips (ear tips), or other frame parts, replacement parts are available but will be charged to the client.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, breakage, scratches, loss, or normal wear and tear of parts.
We are always happy to assist with the care and maintenance of your glasses and ensure they remain in the best possible condition.
