Sunglasses

• In-Store Purchases:
  Sunglasses may be returned within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are only accepted in-store and must include the original packaging and proof of purchase. The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
• Online Orders:
  Customers can try on their sunglasses at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the product does not meet expectations, it can be returned immediately, and the courier will take it back on the spot. Once the courier leaves, sunglasses are no longer eligible for return.

Prescription Glasses

Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription glasses, as they are uniquely tailored to each individual’s vision needs.
